Heart-stopping lately launched surveillance video reveals a teen woman fleeing her alleged kidnapper after being repeatedly stabbed by him – and it’s since emerged he entered the US illegally during the Biden administration and was arrested by the NYPD just months before the “heinous crime.”
The dramatic footage reveals the unidentified woman, 15, operating with “no shoes or clothes” on from the Baltimore basement being rented out by unlicensed cabbie Abubakarr Barrie, Fox45 reported, citing charging paperwork.
Sierra Leone native Barrie, 23, entered the US illegally in 2023 and was launched into the group by the Biden administration after being arrested by Border Patrol, DHS said.
He allegedly kidnapped the woman and stabbed her “all over the body” on Oct. 22 in what feds have branded a “heinous crime” – some three months after New York officers refused to honor an ICE detainer after he was busted for possession of a solid instrument.

Despite sustaining accidents to her chest, ear, shoulder, back and ribs, the woman managed to escape the property – with her daring bid for freedom being captured on the home-owner’s surveillance cameras.
The woman fled from the basement at 8:52 p.m. – 43 minutes after arriving with Barrie.“I just see her bolt, like she just opens the door and runs,” the unidentified home-owner informed Fox45, describing what he saw.
Cops came across the wounded woman around a mile from the residence – and she informed investigators that Barrie “immediately became violent” and put her in a headlock after advising him he was going in the mistaken path when she had instructed him to drive to a take-out.
They drove to the property where Barrie was renting a room before he “pushed her down a tiny set of steps leading into the home, led her into a tiny room and advised her to put her phone down and not to scream,” according to the paperwork.

They scuffled before Barrie “began stabbing [the girl] all over her body, so she said she began scratching and clawing” at her attacker, the paperwork added.
The minor discovered a fireplace extinguisher in the basement, bashing Barrie with it, before managing to escape the property.
Barrie was arrested on Oct. 24 and has been charged with tried first-degree homicide and kidnapping – and an ICE detainer has since been lodged.

DHS famous he was arrested in New York City in July on prices of possession of a solid instrument.
But Big Apple “sanctuary politicians” refused to honor an ICE detainer that was issued, Homeland Security said.
DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin has since blasted Biden and Big Apple officers.
“This tragedy would never have happened were it not for the multiple failures of sanctuary policies,” he said.“First, Biden’s open borders let this monster into our nation, then sanctuary politicians in New York refused to hand him over to ICE and launched him after a earlier arrest three months before this horrific crime.
“DHS is urging Baltimore County authorities to learn from sanctuary New York’s mistakes, honor ICE’s detainer against this illegal alien, and prevent him from harming any more Americans.”
