WASHINGTON — A federal decide ordered the Trump administration Monday to reinstate Maurene Comey, daughter of former FBI boss James Comey, after ruling that her dismissal last yr from the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York was unlawful.

The decide added that permitting Comey’s dismissal to stand “would be to unsettle the very equilibrium established by this Nation’s constitutional system.”
