James scored a team-high six factors in the fourth quarter, taking over as Maxey had gone quiet.
“I’m just trying to get more and more comfortable with what we’re running offensively,” James said. “I think every recreation and every week that I’m here, my physique will proceed to ramp up and ramp up and get higher and higher. That performed a half.
“As far as the two shots, just trying to be aggressive. I had a one-on-one against OG. I was able to get to my fadeaway and knock that down. And then [Maxey] draws so much attention, he went for the layup and kind of missed it a little bit and I was able to get the tip-in being in the right place at the right time.”
