DeMar DeRozan is headed to Denver.
The six-time NBA All-Star intends to signal a deal with the Nuggets, according to insider Chris Haynes.
Haynes added that DeRozan “has been in conversations with Nikola Jokic, Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray and is anxious for the opportunity to play for a contending team.”
ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that the deal is for one yr at $3.9 million.

DeRozan, 37, was waived by the Kings last month after spending the previous two seasons in Sacramento.
Last season, the veteran wing averaged 18.4 factors per sport on 49.7 % taking pictures across 74 contests.
The DeRozan deal comes days after the Nuggets despatched restricted free agent Peyton Watson to the Cavaliers in a multi-team deal that concerned the Clippers.
He now joins a Denver crew wanting to make another run at the Western Conference after reshaping its supporting solid around Jokic, who hopes DeRozan’s scoring and expertise can assist push the crew back toward the prime of a crowded Western Conference.
