The CDC issued a security alert Friday linking an E. coli and Salmonella outbreak to alfalfa sprouts, with over 55 sicknesses reported nationwide.

Two individuals in New York have fallen unwell, according to the CDC.

No deaths have been reported but 4 individuals have been hospitalized.
