San Francisco 49ers proprietor Jed York was arrested on suspicion of partaking in prostitution in Ohio over the weekend, per Kron4 News.
York pleaded no contest on Monday after the state of Ohio amended the one rely of partaking in prostitution to a disorderly conduct cost.
The 46-year-old from Youngstown, Ohio was arrested Sunday in East Palestine, Ohio and booked into Columbiana County Jail. He was also convicted of “possessing criminal tools” per the outlet.

York and his spouse Danielle Belluomini have two sons, Jaxon and Brixton.
A choose sentenced York to one day in jail per each rely, which will be served concurrently.

Per the outlet, he has since paid fines for the disorderly conduct conviction ($150) and for possessing prison instruments ($1,000).
York was named CEO of the franchise in 2008.
